1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Products that cannot be returned or refunded include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@martnest.online.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping a return item worth over ₹1,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
